We like to surround ourselves with knowledgeable and reputable winners.  Assisting the next generation is equally important too. It's unfortunate that not all students recognize mentors in their professional lives.

One's immediate manager is not the sole source of practical education; a customer can teach too.  My patience has worn increasingly thin with [ITEM1].  I have neither the desire nor the authority to assume a Disciplinary role.  Trust me when I say that it is to [COMPANY]'s advantage that a new sales representative is assigned to handle [COMPANY NAME]'s business.

Rehashing the past is not always a productive venture.  I'll just tell you [ITEM1] needs remedial training in professional business practices.  This is [COMPANY]'s task, not mine.  I look forward to helping another representative develop his or her career.  Hopefully, he or she will understand that learning is a life-long process and customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
