I want to say good-bye to our post-purchase blues.  Being consumer-conscious, [COMPANY NAME] practices standard buying etiquette.  Purchases are investigated and opinions gathered before our company authorizes spending.

Our experience with [ITEM1] bought on [ITEM2] for $[ITEM3] does not match the product literature or testimonial claims.  Specifically, [ITEM1] falls dramatically short in the following manner: [ITEM4].

It is my hope that a refund will be expedited to protect our opinion of [COMPANY].  I have never believed the adage, "you get what you pay for."  Money is an immaterial issue.  Any product should, at the very minimum, leave a buyer satisfied with his or her purchase and the company that sold it.  I look forward to the immediate refund that quells the "farewell" rising from my gullet.
